Deposit
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount on the day of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid on site 1 day after arrival.
Cancellation policy
We ask for a deposit of 50%
100% of paid deposits are refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival or earlier.
0% refund if canceled later.

House rules
We are a smoke free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. (Exception: on the balcony)
As allergy-friendly accommodation, we do not accept pets in our holiday apartments. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are a family-friendly accommodation and therefore ask you not to organize celebrations or parties in our holiday apartments and to keep the night’s rest.
