Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon booking. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward the total price.

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than one day after arrival and can be paid on-site. We accept cash payments as well as major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the deposit paid.

If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover any potential cancellation costs.

House Rules

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, and check-out should be completed by 10:00 am. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these times.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

No, pets are not permitted in our apartments, as we strive to provide an allergy-friendly environment. We kindly ask for your understanding to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Our property is smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or public areas. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies.

Can parties or events be held in the apartments?

To ensure peace and relaxation for all guests, parties and events are not permitted in our apartments.

Are there designated quiet hours?

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
