Our spacious sauna area includes different types of saunas, including a classic Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and an infrared cabin. We have also attached great importance to providing a sufficiently large relaxation room. For relaxation between sauna sessions, this comfortable relaxation room with comfortable loungers offers enough space to enjoy the wonderful view of our dreamlike mountains. The drinking water fountain with pure, crystal-clear Tyrolean mountain water gives you deliciously cool refreshment.

Finnish sauna
Finnish sauna – the classic from Finland – offers hot air and temperatures up to 90°C for our guests. Due to the high temperature and low humidity, the body gets going again.
Steam sauna
In the steam bath you can enjoy slightly more moderate temperatures. Fragrant aromas and relaxing light effects round off the wellness day.
Infrared cabin
Our infrared cabin is used to relax your back with deep heat. Gentle sweating from the inside out brings soothing relaxation and is the best way to reduce stress.
